    Introducing the Paten Pending  "Ink- Stir" developed by DTF printers for DTF Printers.

    The  Ink-Stir system will spin a bottle of ink slow and continious untill ready to use keeping the pigment suspended reducing the problems of introducing air into the ink by just shaking   

    Expericnce brighter more opaque whites and less clogging. 

    The Ink-Stir has been continously spinning bottles for 5 + months   

     

                                                               Why is it important to gently agitate you white DTF ink?   

    1. Dispersion: Pigments are solid particles that provide color and opacity to various materials. Agitating pigment helps break down agglomerates or clumps, ensuring even distribution within the medium. This dispersion is crucial to achieving consistent color and preventing streaks or patches in the final product.

    2. Color intensity: Agitating pigment helps to enhance the color intensity or saturation. By breaking down agglomerates and promoting uniform dispersion, the pigment particles can interact more effectively with the medium, resulting in a more vibrant and vivid color appearance.

    3. Stability: Some pigments have a tendency to settle or separate over time due to differences in density. Agitation helps to suspend the pigment particles evenly throughout the medium, preventing settling and ensuring long-term stability of the color or coating.

    4. Consistency: Agitating pigment ensures that the same color or shade can be reproduced consistently. By achieving a uniform dispersion, the pigment concentration remains constant throughout the mixture, resulting in consistent color application or coating thickness.

    5. Control over properties: Agitating pigment allows for better control over various properties of the final product. For example, in paint formulation, proper pigment dispersion can affect characteristics such as opacity, gloss, and texture. Agitation helps ensure that the desired properties are achieved and maintained
